HomeShield is designed to make maintenance easier to manage—not to disguise a warranty or repair contract.
Included annual services accrue monthly over your membership year. Membership is not a same-day service contract.
Annual allotments reset on your membership anniversary and do not roll over.
Each membership covers one enrolled single-family residence in an active service ZIP. Additional homes need their own membership.
Services are by appointment during standard business hours, weather permitting. Safe, clear access is required; priority scheduling is queue placement, not a guaranteed response time.
Gutters are limited to standard runs on homes up to three stories; dryer-vent cleaning covers one standard run; filters cover standard 1–5 inch filters; handyman time excludes materials.
Repairs, parts, materials, emergency work, damage remediation, unsafe conditions, and work requiring a trade permit are not included. HomeShield is not a home warranty or insurance product.
Your calendar can be updated to reflect recent work. Included services still follow the monthly accrual and membership-year rules.

The Calendar plan saves your task timing and communication preferences. Automated email and text delivery is not active until HomeShield enables the applicable service. Text preferences require separate consent and remain optional.
