Cancel any time
Membership cancellation is self-service and does not require a phone call.
When account access is available, the cancellation control is located in the account area. Before account purchase is launched, members can use the contact channel provided with their purchase confirmation.
Effective date
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
Your membership remains active through the end of that paid period. Partial-month refunds are not provided unless required by law or specifically stated at purchase.
Unused benefits
Unused annual service allotments do not roll over or convert to cash.
Benefits are tied to an active membership and are forfeited when cancellation takes effect. Recent service use may be reviewed under the plan terms before a cancellation is finalized.
